Responses from the AI Assistant are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. The AI Assistant is not authorized to and does not create any binding contract, guaranteed price, or guaranteed appointment time on behalf of Professional Lawn and Tree Care LLC. We disclaim liability for errors in AI Assistant responses; please confirm all service-critical details directly with our team by phone or through a signed estimate.

This website's infrastructure was architected and developed with the assistance of artificial intelligence software tools, and is maintained and updated through standard software maintenance cycles. This disclosure is provided for transparency and does not affect the services Professional Lawn and Tree Care LLC provides to you.

You are responsible for providing our crew safe and reasonable access to the property and for disclosing the location of any known underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines, or other buried infrastructure prior to any excavation, land clearing, or stump grinding work. Florida law requires that underground utilities be marked by calling 811 (Sunshine 811) at least two full business days before digging begins. Professional Lawn and Tree Care LLC is not liable for damage to undisclosed or improperly marked underground utilities or structures.

Florida weather conditions, including hurricanes, tropical storms, lightning, and other severe weather, may require us to reschedule a job for the safety of our crew and your property. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control, and will work with you to reschedule as soon as it is safe to do so.

Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, will be communicated directly at the time your estimate is confirmed. Invoices are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Professional Lawn and Tree Care LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services, beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Highlands County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
